Jason McArthur is one of those techs, that once you find him you would follow him anywhere!!! Years ago my AC just stopped. The AC company I called came out and told me I needed a $4000 outside unit. I called Kobie cooling for a second opinion. They sent Jason. It turned out I needed a new outside AC BREAKER (A couple dollar part)!!!! I have moved many times since those days with many AC issues. They are outstanding! I was in Maine when I was faced with replacing an A/C unit in a Condo in Ft Myers. I was a bit uncomfortable having to do this by phone. I called many companies, but none compared to Kobie. They are extremely knowledgable, professional, honest and they did everything they said they would.
