terriable service corey tried to screw me out of a 1600.00 part that was under york parts warrenty said some coils were black on coil evaprator sign of chienese drywall in a house i built in 2020 said i need to prove i didnt have chinese drywall before york would cover the part said he spoke to manager and owner they said same thing and once i had it inspected and proved i didnt have chiense drywall i would have to fiqure out my self why copper coils were black or pay 1600.00 was going thru house taking plug plates of my wal... read more

Service person came to my location to repair a leak on air conditioner. He failed to reconnect a drain coming from air conditioner causing my kitchen ceiling to collapse. The owner of this company refuses to fix damage stating that he is not responsible. i am now in the process of talking to a attorney to get this situation resolved. i would highly recommend not using their service.

We closed on our new home and four days later, our A/C stopped working. We had family here (who were helping us move in) and needed it fixed ASAP. We called and left a message with our usual service company and they never even called us back. We found the service record that the previous owners used Kobie Complete Heating and Cooling, Inc. Stu was GREAT! Knew his stuff. Helped me so much as my husband is out of town alot. Would recommend this company to everyone. On the downside, the person who answers the phone doesn't have a good "bedside manner".

I would love to add a good review to a company that we have worked with for so many years...and prior to these past couple of years, cannot...So sorry all this happened, however, trying to resolve has been a problem...and one that cannot go away until we get some answers from this company!' My husband sent a letter, to which was responded, however, not touching on our situation now! I purchase and had installed by Kobie in April 201b a new Trane Air Conditioner. Kobie came in 3 times for service during the one year maintenance agreement. Last on 12-17-18 for a clean and tune. On 6-20-19 the A/C stopped working...nothing. Called Kobie who sent out a tech who diagnosed it as a clogged drain. $179; $45 trip, $45 diagnosis, $79 clean...reasonable. On 6-30, A/C shut down again(Dun). Called Kobie, informed that if it was the same diagnosis, I would not be charged, but if it was anything else I'd be charged fo... read more
