Nope nope nope. I saw the bus guys purposely throw rags on the floor where the chefs stand, then wipe down the tables with them. My friend saw it too and when they started wiping down the table (which they didn't even do well because there was still food on it or it was off the rag from the floor and they smeared it all over the table) I asked them why they were doing that.
