I've been wanting to come to this place for a while now and was so excited when I went with a friend. The woman who helped us was so kind, answering our questions about prices and how the process was. We had so much fun seeing what pearls we got and how to customize them into jewelry pieces. We also learned a lot! How the oysters are from Japan and take 5 years to make, how they are sea water pearls and more valuable conpared to freshwater pearls. Me and my fiancé Come to this little business Ever so often and buy a bunch of oysters and I have quite the collection of pearls the staff is always very welcoming and kind and is very helpful

If I could give negative stars, I would. The older gentleman working as a salesperson at this store has absolutely no basic customer service skills. He was incredibly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. My husband previously bought me three pearls from this store, but he wanted me to choose how I wanted them made into jewelry. I decided to have them turned into a bracelet, so I made a special trip to the store today. When I walked in, there were two families ahead of me, so I patiently waited my turn. I’m their number one fan. I pick often and it’s fun. I always bring my friends and family. But I do warn not to purchase any of their settings. I have had issues with them in the past and now a new one. The “sterling” silver is plated brass. I paid 70.00 for a bracelet with 3 pearls and now it it unusable. I will continue to pick my pearls when we are near there. I will use a real reputable jeweler in the future
