The staff were really kind and nice. the food was amazing and the chef was really fun to watch.
Tonight my husband and I decided to go to Kobe. My oldest son (4 yes old) is Autistic and has difficulty adjusting to new surroundings and is especially sensory sensitive. Tonight we had the pleasure of having Chef Dan. What a pleasure he was! He was so kind and engaging with my son who typically can not sit through a hibachi meal without having difficulty. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My fiancee ordered what we thought was a non sugar or flour dish, and was told and verified that it was without. Then served 45 minutes later to find out it was topped with sugar. Horrible experience, will never go back. We were lied to.
One of the worst culinary experiences ever!!! Service and management are appalling, food was tepid at best. Poor quality food. Very disappointing. Will not be returning.
