There were 8 of us there last night for dinner. We all had an awesome meal, the service was great and our chef was awesome!! Looking forward to another great meal there soon.
Food was good but the person waiting on us took 25 minutes just to get us our drinks ! And they were not even busy also asked for yumm yumm sauce to go and she never even gave it to us! We asked for our bill and waited 30 mins for that and she messed up the bill and gave us the wrong slips and then waited another 15 minutes for the right ones!
This was a very disappointing evening! Arrived at 9:01 pm and the website and door sign said open till 10:00 pm. Lovely hostess found us a seat and was very accommodating. Listened to bar and ? Off duty kitchen staff giving her attitude and waited to be served. My Cosmo arrived in a water glass and the staff brought out the vacuum and stood it a couple tables away while we ate. Rice was cold, meat and vegs all tasted the same. Felt very rushed. Won't be back!
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I thought the price was fair. I was a little disappointed in the projected wait time for hibachi, so we dined from the menu. We will definitely be back!

Another great experience yesterday. We get to Kobe about 3-4 times a year, and it never fails to meet our expectations. Love it.
This is generally where we go as a family for birthday celebrations. Very yummy, and super fun when the chef is high energy!
I've been here multiple times in the past and had a good experience. Unfortunately today was a very lackluster experience... there was no element of entertainment from the chef "Josh". No saki offered at all, no attempt at making the experience a show of any sorts. And as soon as the chef left the table the hostess came by and shoved take home boxes at. We felt rushed to leave. Very dissatisfied overall with the hibachi experience. Food tasted fine but that was it.
