This was my third time at Kobe’s and I brought my 10 year old nephew to enjoy the experience and needless to say was VERY disappointed. Not a lot of interaction with the guests and my nephew was really looking forward to them trying to hit his mouth with the “kids drink” which did not happen. First time I can say I did not enjoy the experience tonight at all.
I had quite the experience. First off I found a hair in my salad. I didnt say anything about that. But then when my Alaskan roll came out it had ants crawling on my plate. Then the hibachi is starting then I look at my plate then boom more ants on my plate. they gave my meal for free and then 10% off everyone that was with me. (8 people). and 30 dollar gift card. My opinion not enough. Public health department will be getting a call Monday morning.

I was in this restaurant last night with a party of 18. So we had both sides of the hibachi. The side with the older kids not only had a better chef but an overall better experience. The chef we had was rude, not at all entertaining, didn't do the the saki thing everyone raves about. Plus he didn't show up until the other side of our party was almost done eating.
