Great Food – I have eaten at several Japanese steak houses and this is the best food by far. It is pricey but you will usually leave extremely full. Highly recommend!
A Good & Entertaining Place to Eat – We love to eat at Arigatos whenever we get the chance. Our family enjoys the tasty food and the fun atmosphere. The portions are large enough for lunch the next day. The place must be well loved because it is always full when we go regardless of the day of the week. The people are always nice and friendly. We like the Clearwater location the best.
Awesome Service and Food Again – My wife and I go to arigato about every 2 weeks and we love it. We have had just about everything on the menu and there isnt a bad thing on it. Chef Wang at clearwater is the Best. We cant stop laughing long enough to eat. Blake and Jacqueline are awesome servers, i never have to ask for a refill. The price is right for the food you get. $15 is the average price and we just went to Outback and an average steak was over $22. Food is good, but it's FILTHY!! – Took my family there for a birthday dinner. The service was horrible, and they added a large service charge to our bill. All of our soft drinks had a fowl taste, soggy salad in a dirty looking bowl. The silverware was not clean, the floor is grotesque to say the least, and they sat us in those chairs on the floor (yuk). I was trying to be a good sport since it was the Birthday girls favorite. good food-BAD service – we were given 1 drink each and never saw the waitress again,we walked to the bar and got our spritsX7 bad service all around.only the cook was good. after no service we were charged a tip charge for our absent waitress. all in all a bab experience, the one in st pete is better on service
Rude hostess and waitress but nice cook. Food not worth writing home about. – I have been here a few times for birthday parties and the staff have always been rude - grunting a reply to a request and never asking if I needed anything I always had to flag one down. A horrible place to eat – I took my girlfriend out for a nice anniversay dinner, and I had heard wonderful things about Arigatos. When we went we were highly dissappointed. The wait staff was rude by not answering questions (completly ignoring my girlfriend at one point). The inside was very dirty and obviously not well taken care of. togo service = not good – After eating there atleast 3 times a month for a long time now we were excited to see that they were offering food togo... i called, placed my whole order and at the end asked for a decent sized container of goody-goody sauce. They told me that they would charge me $.50 for each tiny little sauce container... now tell me if you are paying the same price for the food and when you dine in to eat they give you unlimited sauce refills and then sauce to go home on top of that why on earth would they try ... read more
Nice, good, standard Japanese Steakhouse – Nothing bad and yet, nothing striking. Its a generic Japanese Steakhouse but its steady and clean and that says a lot. If you want a standard tasty meal, this is the place.
