Hit or miss sometimes with food taste. Used to be exceptional when I started going years ago. Larger groups may be challenges. It usually is a favorite, I just feel like it failed last time we were there with a larger group unfortunately.
Kobe of Japan has always held a special place for me. I used to come here after my orchestra concerts, and it was the perfect way to celebrate—fun, comforting, and full of great memories. I’m extremely disappointed by my experience with Kobe tonight. I ordered two hibachi kids meals for dinner and sent my husband to pick up the orders for both myself and my SIL. When he came back, we realized he was given the wrong order. Not anything we could eat as we were given sushi. Since we live 20 minutes away, going back at 7:30 PM wasn’t an option. I called about this mistake and simply asked for a refund, and I was told the best they could do would be to take down my information and “give me something on the house” ... read more
