Kobacher is a beautiful facility, but suffer in what is to be their specialty. My father was at Columbus Kobacher less than 15 minutes before he passed. Hospice was a decision that was decided upon 48 hours prior to the move to Kobacher, so there was no time for final arrangements to be made. After letting the night shift nurse know that we were not able to decide on a funeral home, she stated that the decedent could be sent back to Riverside until we had decided on a destination.
