We had a bunk break on our trailer on Sunday, and Fathers Day on top of that - I called their number in the off chance someone was around. They promptly returned my call and insisted that I bring the trailer in that day even though I knew it was an inconvenience for them. They gave me a very reasonable quote, had it done the very next day and were extremely professional. All they make are trailers at Koastal so they know their stuff! I highly recommend that if you have any trailer needs to seek them out for a quote!
