Very professional service. The owner, Terry, came to our house and gave us a quote the same day we called. The technician, Vince, was on time and did a very thorough job of both pretreating the carpet and steam cleaning it. He spent extra time on the trouble areas going over them several times to assure they were as clean as possible. Extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
I contacted Koala T to schedule my carpet and air ducts to be cleaned immediately after reading great reviews on a local Facebook page. I was contacted right away and had a quote for the entire job by the next day. We scheduled for a few weeks out but unfortunately I discovered I needed a surgery for breast cancer right away. Super friendly technician came by and cleaned my apartment in only 15 minutes! I wish I had received the call the week prior to the appointment like I was told would happen to instruct me on details such as if I should pre-vacuum the carpet or if I needed to move certain things out of the way. But thankfully the tech was understanding that I didn’t have the large items out of the rooms yet and I quickly fixed the situation by moving them to the side.
