The customer service was some of the best I've seen. The were very quick in their reply emails and the front of desk were so accomodating. Highly recommend.

Great clean climate controlled unit. Clean bathrooms too, so useful:) Great access and super helpful staff
Really is a great place to store your stuff. The staff are always very pleasant, and I want to give a special shout out to (manager) Robyn, Chris, and Shane going above and beyond, after hours, after my code didn’t work and I forgot my locker key. Really highly recommend for storage (clean, secure, and lots of space) and for the welcoming staff.
Robyn and the team were fantastic. Hard to find outstanding customer service now days. Would highly recommend Koala storage in O’Connor. Facilities are top notch, prices are affordable, and team are great. Would definitely use again
