My girlfriend and I recently acquired a storage unit from Koala Storage. The customer service and professionalism was truly remarkable. They listened to our needs and matched us with a unit with exactly what we wanted. You can’t buy that type of communication these days... The lovely GM and receptionist were even kind enough to offer a promotion that had just ended so we didn’t miss out. Honestly amazing and I’d recommend this place to anyone at anytime. The facility is easy to access and well organised and offered a wide range of different sized units including some that are air-conditioned. The staff team there were super friendly and easy to work with. Having the bonus of the free use of a trailer was great - I miss that part already!!
Clean, secure storage, with several size options and helpful staff to make choosing and renting such an easy process.
Friendly staff, great facilities and the complimentary trailer hire is extremely handy. I highly recommend that you view your booked space in person so you know the location and can obtain the gate access code before you move your gear. The location can be a bit tricky with a trailer in tow or for a large truck but if you can navigate that then I highly recommend Koala Self Storage O'Connor.
