Easy to work with and did the job within my timeframe. So glad to have a well insulated home.
This company cares about doing things the right way. At the end of the day, I was provided a quality product for a very fair price. Details: Koala installed closed cell foam insulation in a crawl space as well as in the ceiling of a garage area I have. They also removed old foam board from the crawl space. After install, I noticed that there were some inconsistencies where there were less than the 2" quoted. I left a 4 star review where I pointed this out. Very pleased with the job...from quoting to completion. Great Experience.
You get what you pay for. I had closed cell foam put in a crawlspace. The price was much cheaper than another quote I had. The work was just ok... There were definitely some spots missed that I'm going to have to go back and fill in. There were some spots that had 1" or less, and some spots that had over 4". So pretty inconsistent.
