They were at the property on time and had the entire crawl space encapsulated by noon. Afterwards they sent me before and after pictures. They also removed all of the old fiberglass insulation and hauled it away. I am very pleased! I had them back for a new shed/workshop to insulate using spray foam on the ceiling and batt’s on the walls. The job was excellent!
After my experience with koala I can’t be honest and recommend them for crawl space encapsulation. Pros: fair price compared to two other bids. Outstanding customer service from the initial call, to scheduling the evaluation, to completing the work. Communication is key - and Koala knocked it out of the park. Plus who doesn't love a cuddly Koala!
Justin and team at Koala did a fantastic turnkey insulation job at our home. Less than a week after calling for a quote, they’d completely cleaned out our old insulation, sealed any attic gaps, sanitized the space and then laid down new energy-efficient insulation. The team were friendly, efficient and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of insulation services.
