I contacted Josh because I assumed I needed an attic fan, he came over and told me I had insufficient insulation in my attic. They sealed all openings and added insulation to meet code, the difference was amazing. On hot days our house never got below 77 degrees and the AC ran continuously, after the work was completed our has maintained our 72 degree set point and AC doesn’t run constantly. The tech's arrived right on time, friendly, and very courteous. They are professional and take care with their work. Very happy with the insulation job in my attic.
We had Koala Insulation of NoCo insulate the attic of our garage last fall. We waited until the hot season to leave a review so we could see what a difference it made. The garage still gets warm in the summer, but not horribly hot like it did before. Also, we had gotten quotes from several companies & Koala was one of the most reasonable with great explanations. I was also impressed they sent us proof of home improvement for state tax credit without us even having to ask. I would definitely recommend them.
