The whole crew was polite and accommodating. They replaced our old insulation due to smoke damage and did an excellent job.

Koala Insulation came through a couple of times when they were at my house for insulation jobs. I didn't see the crew the first time they were here, but were very professional, friendly and took the time to help me with a couple of smaller things that were beyond my reach. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs insulation work done in their home.

Josh showed up on time to give me an estimate and took the time to explain to me what could be done to better insulate my home without upselling me or pressuring me into buying more than I what I felt comfortable spending. Some of our bedrooms are very cold in the winter and in the summer the house is hot and the AC runs almost all day every day.
