The crew did foam sealing around each ceiling penetration by moving the existing cellulose insulation out of the way, sealing around the perimeter of the penetration and then moving the existing cellulose insulation back. Then they added about 6" of new cellulose insulation over what was there. Along the way the noticed that the builder hadn't installed enough ventilation baffles and those they did had fallen down so they fixed that. They did a very neat job and cleaned up after themselves. A++
