I called to request a quote. The sales person was very friendly and that is where it went downhill. I shared my house plans via email for a quote and never received a response. I called and confirmed receipt and received an apology, but still no follow up quote. I guess they aren’t looking for new customers!
On June 5, 2026, Mallory and her crew from Koala Insulation of Georgetown arrived to do some attic insulation repair and clean up of my condo attic. She and her team arrived as scheduled, did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing, and cleaned up throughly. The team was respectful of my space and belongings. The work met all my expectations both in terms of workmanship and value. I do not hesitate to recommend this company.....you will be pleased with them and their work!

Long story short; Adam and his team came in and assessed the mess of non code compliant insulation/depth used on our house re-build after we had a house fire. Our contractors refused to fix it and we needed a solution from our house having high humidity/hot spots. The crew did foam sealing around each ceiling penetration by moving the existing cellulose insulation out of the way, sealing around the perimeter of the penetration and then moving the existing cellulose insulation back. Then they added about 6" of new cellulose insulation over what was there. Along the way the noticed that the builder hadn't installed enough ventilation baffles and those they did had fallen down so they fixed that. They did a very neat job and cleaned up after themselves.
