My husband set up an appointment online 2 weeks ago for today between 2pm-3pm; We received an appointment confirmation email and text. No one showed up for the appointment so we replied to their text and did not receive a reply. Unprofessional and a total waste of our time waiting for someone to show up. We will definitely be going with another insulation company.
We had an unusual problem where our roof was warping in a single area. Adam came out and worked with a roofer to determine the cause. They identified a potentially dangerous situation with the furnace chimney. Adam also identified an issue with airflow in the attic. Additional insulation was added as well as a solar attic fan. I highly recommend Koala Insulation of Denver Central.

Good company, good product fair price. Equipment failure caused a problem so they had to come out a second time to complete the job which drove up their costs cuz their prep time was now doubled. Owner and technician didn't complain at all and did the job well. Greg was great, David was great. Scott, the salesman was great. This was a difficult job and they performed admirably. I'd hire them again.
