We had a really good experience from start to finish. John and his crews were great to work with. Would highly recommend.
Just had Koala install basement insulation. They removed all the old bating and replaced with foam and new bating. John and his team listened to what I needed in my unfinished basement. They did a great job and the clean up was spotless! Would definitely use them again!!
Koala Insulation was recommended in a local moms group so we reached out. So glad we did! John (owner) was extremely knowledgable and professional. He gave us a free estimate on the day of. Setting up the appointment was easy as well. Everything was fully explained. We worked with Corey W. for the removal and install of the new insulation. Again, Corey was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They did a wonderful job and we will recommend them to friends and family!
I was very pleased with the Koala Insulation of Chicago West team on getting my attic cleaned out and re-insulated very quickly. The Koala team impressed me with their friendly professionalism and clear communication regarding the process and timeline. I would definitely use them again if ever needed.
