This is an update from a review of Koala I made when I had my new insulation installed in summer 2024. I paid for R-38 cellulose for my attic. An independent attic inspector recently went into my attic and said this is worst, lumpiest insulation job he’s ever seen. He said I did not get R-38 like I paid for, because it’s not evenly 10 inches of insulation all across the attic. This company took advantage of me and I highly recommend NOT using Koala for your insulation needs.
