This is an update from a review of Koala I made when I had my new insulation installed in summer 2024. I paid for R-38 cellulose for my attic. An independent attic inspector recently went into my attic and said this is worst, lumpiest insulation job he’s ever seen. He said I did not get R-38 like I paid for, because it’s not evenly 10 inches of insulation all across the attic. This company took advantage of me and I highly recommend NOT using Koala for your insulation needs.
Had an appointment set for noon call me around noon telling me he’ll be here by one so I’m waiting. I call him at 1:40 cause he is still not here so I canceled not thrilled.

Fraud… Their Mngr Kyle full of deceptive… They took first payment of 50% at January 11th. Today is July 6th. They did not serve. They called me couple times to schedule. They do schedule, but at due time they don’t show up. I am checking what possible steps I can take against them through State and consumer act. I have proof of payment. Be aware. Don’t go there so called review. They used to be good I believe. But their management got changed they told me.
