Won't take my kids here again. Only saw Dr. Spencer because Dr. Young retired. Spencer acted huffy and irritated while examining both my children. Sighing loudly as if exasperated at my 12 yr old son who's just sitting in the examining chair having his eyes looked at. And don't bother asking him questions about your kid's condition. I asked questions to try to understand what he was telling me since it differed from what the last doctor had said and I got eye rolls and sighs with aggravated sounding answers. Dr. Spencer has been treating my child since she was a baby. He listened to my concerns and allowing me to make the decisions and provided options that were best for my child.
I never got past the receptionist. She hung up on me when calling to schedule an appointment. Rude. Unprofessional. Uncalled for.

Nice creative childhood friendly environment. I enjoy the pleasant front office personnel who greeted us. Dr Spencer is wonderful. Very soft spoken kind of DR. The choices of eye glasses were pretty good. Thanks for the experience. I gave it a 4 star because the wait was longer than anticipated. I read other reviews about the waiting period to be served. They are true.
