I cannot say enough good things about Koala and Dr. Gray’s office. Every single person there—from the nurses to Dr. Gray himself—has been incredibly kind, empathetic, and down-to-earth. They explain everything in a way that makes you feel informed, supported, and never rushed. The level of care is so thorough and genuinely comforting. Let me explain why I gave 3 stars. I give 5 stars to Dr. Gray and his staff for being very friendly and knowledgeable, and clearly explaining the process and advantages of an oral appliance for sleep apnea. However, I was very disappointed to learn that my out of pocket AFTER insurance would be over $6,000. I'm sure there is a lot of technology involved, but at the end of the day, it is a piece of plastic! I went in with high hopes of a cure for my sleep apnea, but c'mon!
Dr Gray's office never answers the phone (I called on three different days at various times and left two messages). They never responded to my voicemail messages nor to the contact form from his own website. His office sent me several spam emails as a result but no other contact. How he received any ratings above one star (only to post a review) and how did anyone get an appointment at an office that doesn't respond besides email spam?! I'm totally flummoxed.
I’m very disappointed in this doctor first they tell my husband when he calls they take his insurance then when he gets there they say they don’t and charge him for everything and the medication they give him doesn’t help at all I’m very upset that this doctors office is just a racket money scam … never again I don’t recommend at all ….
An amazing team! Dr. Gray and his staff have been more than helpful with every step of the medical process to include insurance. They care about their patients & ensure financial costs are resolved.
