Steven was a pleasure to work with. Super knowledgeable and extremely helpful with selecting the right carpet and pad for our home. Everything as handle with white glove service and Steven made sure to give us updates everyday until delivery which was right on time! Would highly advise anyone to work with Steven over any big box store.
Steven and Andreas went above and beyond to help our family get new carpet into a home we were moving into. Fast, efficient, fully transparent, and friendly. The men that installed were fast and friendly as well. Can’t say enough about the experience. This is the only place we will turn to in the future. Great selection, price and installation! Love our new carpet and they even helped us get a large area rug for our family room. We used the same carpet we chose for the rest of the house and they sent it out to be bound. It's perfect!
Koala Carpet did a great job with repairing our stained carpeting! They replaced the stained areas with our “extra” carpeting we had saved! Will certainly use them next time for new flooring! Steve, owner, was very helpful & informative to solve our carpet issue! Thank you Steve!!
