Bad customer service, there was an unfriendly older man behind the counter. I was asking specific questions for the style i wanted to do and he couldnt answer not one.If you are running a business you should be more than able to greet your customers with a Good Morning rather than a thuggish stare.
I am extremely impressed with the service I received when I frantically went to Koah's in need of assistance. The selection, quality and prices are superior. I will continue to shop at Koah's and highly recommend this store to anyone in need of wigs, hair extensions, care products, accessories etc.
I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER STORE , great products and love how kind they are.
just moved into the area first time here and all i can say is thank god. A black beauty supply store near by with a million great things for my kids and I. I stopped by yesterday morning when they first opened and they are so helpful with everything. I will be coming back here again.

My daughter and I will go no place else , but here for All our supplies. Not many places in Fall River do you see a sister running a business, so it's a no brainer.
