Professional real estate investor here. Bought 4 condos last year, one of them listed by Koa Realty. 3 out of four, smooth sailing, no issues. The one listed by Koa, nothing but trouble caused by Koa! Repeated harassing calls and emails demanding things and calling us liars, stuff like that. I think there’s something wrong with these people. All cash, 21 day close, it doesn’t get simpler than that, but Koa Realty made it an ordeal. Now, whenever I see a property listed by them, I give it a pass, don’t need the trouble.

Well, I bought my house with them. Sure it took sometime but the last bit was pretty much just sign and take it as is. Lets just say I had nothing but issues. I was told pretty much "well there's nothing we can do". So they pretty much didn't care. Now I had to sell my house and I should've known better... But a friend used one of the ladies there and it was good for him. She was nice in the start... But then starting being pushy after I signed with her.
