KO Storage was so wonderful to work with. We needed a storage facility very quickly and KO Storage helped us get that ASAP. I had called on Saturday and we had the Unit on Sunday. They sent me texts about what I needed to do and answered anytime I had Questions or concerns about anything. Alot of the other facilities don't answer promptly when you have questions about things. Our experience with this storage facility has been extremely disappointing and distressing. We chose this location believing our belongings would be safe, but unfortunately, our unit was broken into. Items were stolen, and the sense of security we expected simply wasn’t there. Main Issues Poor Security Measures: Despite being advertised as a secure facility, it became clear that the security systems in place were inadequate. Had a great experience using KO Storage. Signed up online for the unit we wanted very easily. We were able to store our POD in the parking lot for a couple of days while we unloaded our stuff. We had the unit for 9 months and always felt like our belongings were secure. Loved the fact that it was climate controlled, especially keeping it out of the humidity.
