I recently needed to change my mind and keep one of the 2 units I rented here. I called and Jherik was very helpful in updating my records to retain the unit I need to continue renting. Highly recommend KO Storage. I recently scheduled the move from my existing unit. Bridget was very professional and ensured I have all the info needed to successfully complete my move out.
I called to make a payment and receive some information about my units with KO Storage and Victoria was the absolute best! She was the absolute sweetest person I’ve ever dealt with when working with customer service reps on the phone, she was very enlightening on the matte, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I won’t be going anywhere thanks to Victoria with KO Storage! So thank y’all for having an awesome staff who cares about more than just getting a customers money!
