I moved my stuff from another storage unit to KO Storage several years back, and have absolutely zero regrets for doing that. The compound has security cameras and security fence surrounding the project. Some minor issues with the unit were taken care of very quickly and professionally once I mentioned them. The only negative is the fairly deep pot holes in the gravel. I scheduled my move out today for the end of the month. Samuel was the gentleman who processed my request. Welhem was a great help and so patient with me. I didn't realize i had to schedule a move out and my auto payment was for 2 storage units and not just the 1. So he helped me with the payments and everything was great. I would definitely recommend KO storage. Also because one time I went to retrieve something from my unit. I did not lock the paddle lock and just drove away. You need the key to lock it. My belongings where safe until I was able to return and lock it up correctly. Which took me awhile.
