Angel was able to help me and get my account fixed. However, after a few weeks using this storage facility, and Ive have had nothing but issues with this company. The area isnt being maintained properly and water leaked into my unit, which potentially has ruined several hundreds of dollar of my belongings. Hello ms.yela was a great help over the phone answered all mg questions, the unit itself was dirty with dirt an lots of webs an nasty beaches hanging from the door once it was opened up you had to watch your head from getting caught in all that grassy branchy mess hanging underneath the door which I did let them know an of course they wanted to move me units but I had already had someone help me move into the unit as I'm a senior an have a disability so I stayed if not I have to keep paying for help an I'm on a fixed income.... read more

Storage will work fine. I was given the wrong address initially so my access code would not work. Had to call the office, got a non English speaking person, finally was able to get them to understand what I needed. Then directed to another person who told me the reason my access code did not work was because I was at the wrong facility. Once we got to the correct address, my access code worked, drove all around looking for the unit only to find that the one rented is actually outside the fence and gate so I don’t need it any... read more
