I have been pleasantly surprised at the help I have received from the CSR's at KO Storage. Patience, Knowledge and giving me the feeling they really wanted to help was a breath of pleasure as I felt like I was talking to a friend.
Finally got things right for me
This place is a hassle to deal with - they're insisting I either pay extra for insurance from them or provide my own -- I don't think it's any of their business if I insured what I put in there. Also there is no dumpster at the location. All said they run a good storage location.
