I spoke with Aileen, she was great. Patient, very informative, and polite!
Customer agent Maibel was really helpful with the process of making sure my reservation was confirmed. She sent me a confirmation email right away. Thank you.
Glenn gave me phenomenal customer service, i appreciate that he took the time to explain and review everything and that at the same time he was patient with me and polite. He made the experience in renting a unit very pleasant. Thank you Glenn and thank you to KO storage for hiring such wonderful customer service representatives.
I kept experiencing problems with the lighting since they are motion activated. Saw some rat activity and droppings on the floor. Although it was indoors , the unit seemed as if the ac never really worked .
