So for the first time I placed all my belongings in this storage back in January. While moving everything in , I noticed the ceiling had the insulation caving in. I called it in and the manager took a while to reach out to me. I let her know the situation and she said they would look into it. My things got wet and damaged . It was after several calls that finally in April they fixed the roof problem which she said they had problems with that unit before. Well, now I have to go to court to sue these people for $150. The judge won’t like it. No one will like it. My sister will be the only one happy she’s in return these people refuse to give me a refund on the building they rented it’s incorrect absolutely refuse it. They want to argue on the phone from India or Pakistan or somewhere I have been hung up on. I’ve been lied to the call center is in India. The owner appears to be nowhere inside at all unavailable.
