Cherry was delightful and resourceful as we had some problems that arose from duel accounts. She sought out other means to resolve and kept me involved in the process so the issue would NOT reoccur.
Customer rep. Was awesome and helped me. Awesomely. Yippee
Your employees, both in the office and over the phone, are great. I spoke with Joy, and she was very kind and helpful.
Renting near-by storage was easy!
KO Storage is TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT NOT USE THIS STORAGE. this past sunday i discovered a 3rd break in in my unit.
