Great facility, and the staff is really friendly. Irene made sure we had everything we needed. Service with a smile.
Simple and extremely easy rental process. Great apartment. Clean and ready to go, on day 1!
Representative Sam was very helpful. Made the transaction easy and patient with my questions. He took the time to deal with an old man that doesn't do well with technology and calming me when things weren't going right. Wished that all customer service people were this nice and helpful. Definitely someone that is doing what they are ment to do. Absolutely perfect experience!!! Mike
Andres Charres was very thorough in helping me to closeout my storage unit. He was very helpful. And if I ever need the KO storage again, he definitely made it recommended to me. Thank you. K O storage for the time that I was serviced by using your units Thank you again!
