Updating my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars because there are a couple of recurring issues that have become frustrating enough that I feel they should be mentioned. Overall, the facility is secure and serves its purpose well, but I don't understand some of the access restrictions. Since customers already need a gate code to enter and are monitored by cameras, the 9:00 PM access cutoff feels unnecessarily restrictive and has caused issues for me on multiple occasions.
