Excellent customer service every time I've needed anything. Very easy to deal with.
It looks like they may have had prior issues, BUT Farrah has been so easy to work with and informed me that the roof was recently redone and is now leak-free! No problems here and would recommend them to others in Weatherford :D
Manager Farrah is wonderful to deal with, the facility is always clean.
The facility has hail damage and leaks. They keep saying they are patching it but they can't "guarantee 100% that it will not leak". I can't understand why insurance wouldn't cover it if it is hail damage unless they don't have insurance, I would think they would be required to have coverage. I have storage to keep things safe and dry and they are not able to provide that so I would definitely not recommend them.
