I wouldn't even give one star right now , I rented a storage unit on Aug 1st paid 4 months in advance and have never been able to step foot on property because the keypad don't work, I called them back same day I rented to let them know I can't step foot on property, idk what my unit even looks like and finally after phone tag back and forth 4x I requested a refund, I was told I would be refunded the whole amount within 24hrs....Here is is Aug 11th and still have not received my refund, nothing pending in my bank . Hazel was great to work with. Helped me reserve a unit and cancel another with ease. Would recommend for sure.
Just wished there was a person on site at times. But have had excellent service no matter what.
