They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership. Shawn was extremely helpful--professional and polite! She answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly and was a pleasure to deal with.
All has gone as promised as I move items in to my first ever storage space. It is clean and fairly easily accessed. Their employee who assisted me, Von is thorough, helpful and honored everything promised (e.g., reminding me to send insurance coverage as I asked since I was so busy packing and moving)!
I had a really great experience with Joy today. She was very kind, patient, and took the time to help me with all of my questions. My phone connection was very poor and the call kept cutting out, but instead of giving up, she called me back and made sure we were able to finish everything. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress free. It's rare to receive customer service like this these days.
