I called to rent a storage unit. Carlo was verry helpful. He stayed om the phone while i found the unit and checked to make sure it was clean. It was a very good experience.

Shawn was extremely helpful--professional and polite! She answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly and was a pleasure to deal with.

All has gone as promised as I move items in to my first ever storage space. It is clean and fairly easily accessed. Their employee who assisted me, Von is thorough, helpful and honored everything promised (e.g., reminding me to send insurance coverage as I asked since I was so busy packing and moving)!
