The fees were shocking but it is what it is. I spoke with Joy today and she helped me out with some fees and my online account. Good area to store my car and safe.

Called KO Storage Eau Claire and spoke with Samm. He was very helpful and walked us through the rental sign up because we specified a particular unit. Very happy with the process, no problems, all questions were answered. Nice new large storage site located 2 miles East of Altoona on Hwy 12.
