I have never filed a complaint against a business before, but my experience with KO Storage left me with no other choice. In April, I rented a storage unit while my boyfriend and I searched for a home. I was originally assigned Unit 019, but after being notified it had flooded, I was reassigned to Unit 422. When I arrived, another customer had already been assigned that unit, so KO Storage reassigned me a second time to Unit 394.
