Easy easy process Maria was very nice and kind. Would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage at a great price!
Gave me an unlocked facility in Lawton. After they charged me $29.99 processing twice, still didn't refund 1st one. Said they would give me a 10 X 10 correct facility with drive up and didn't. Definitely a language barrier with employees on phone. Wish I would have paid up and gone somewhere else.
Easy from the start to the finish. Nice clean unit and good prices.
Really awesome customer service clean units
My first unit had no locking latch on the outside of the unit, after I had moved in all my items in the unit and attempted to lock the unit. The representative did transfer me to another unit, so I have to move everything to a new unit. Good customer service by phone, but inconvenience to have to move again.
