It sales rep was so great he helped me out so much so polite such elegant English I thought she was from New York 😂 but she happens to be from the Philippines I hope one day he gets a promotion because we were very happy with her and she gave me an additional unit which was taken but she looked close to the system and I got it so five stars
They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership. No common sense. No one empowered to fix an obvious mistake. Responsibility outsourced, common sense replaced by a computer screen, and the we are left paying the price.
