It was very easy to use through the 1800 number the lady that helped me was very helpful and understandable and took her time to make sure i understood everything. I was able to get a unit that same day they also offer different prices insurance . I also drove around the area and it is located in a very nice neighborhood.

It’s been almost a month since I found out that the storage unit where my belongings were was given to someone else while my belongings were still in the unit. To this day, neither the general manager, local manager, nor customer service has provided any explanation about how this happened, even though the records are clearly in their system. I have leased a storage unit with KO Storage in Eagle Pass, Texas multiple times and each time, I always had a great experience. My belongings were secured and that’s highly important to me. Customer service was 10/10, super friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!
