Very helpful when I needed to upgrade to a larger unit
They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership. KO storage has been easy to work with. I rented the storage unit online while in the process of moving from one state to another and had a clean empty unit when I arrived. Today, Carlo was very helpful with the move out process of one of my units. Thanks Carlo, you were great.
I placed a call this morning to inquire of an available storage unit for my mother. Max was a tremendous help and most pleasant to speak with. Would highly recommend KO Storage!
