Great customer service and very clean storage units
Very displeased with this facility I have rented from them before and have one in a different location it was pretty nice the one I rented 2 days ago at a different location same company KO is a very different story the unit was dirty there were water spots looking like probably the roof has leaked then once I got my truck unloaded and everything into this unit is when I noticed it takes a totally different type of lock that I wasn't told about now they claim that it was in my fine print that I could have should have read. This is a great facility to rent from. Peace of mind knowing it's fenced and a locked gate that you have to put your specific code in not just a generic code that is the same for all. If your unit gets opened and your gate code was not put in at the gate the system automatically detects that and sends notices to management and to the police. Easy process, but hard to get ahold of on the phone and their website is kinda difficult (I’m not tech savvy)
