HORRIBLE Went to put stuff in my storage unit and there was a lock on my unit and they seemed to care less in regards to safety and proper keeping of theses units. They pretty much acted like this happened all the time and it was no big deal. I asked if they would do anything about it and they basically just said we’re just the call center. Very professional and kind! They were so sweet and helpful with the application process and provided great information!
Online rental is very easy and unit was accessible same day. Unit was clean and well maintained other than some tall weeds in front of the door that I pulled out. Received a call to review online contract and see if I had any questions. Customer service is reachable via phone and very helpful.
Very good communication with the customer service I contacted them went to the units picked out a unit after looking them over contacted them back was able to get the unit that I was interested in reserved all within an hour very nice clean facilities and units that they have at that location very good customer service to communicate with to be able to get the wheels in motion for getting a unit lined up and reserved to move all my belongings into.
Was very nice place to rent from
