Do not use this service . It’s all ai , no staff on property , and customer service couldn’t give clear instructions to the building . They kept saying the building was labeled “cc,” but I never saw it anywhere. The climate controlled building was an old boarded up place with a half broken door . Upon finding my locker after unclear instructions for over an hour , I found my unit was still full of items . I asked to be moved to an empty unit and customer service tried to charge an extra fee . Units are clean and dry, not like other units i have used in the past. Also affordable and i like that all the units are fenced in and takes an access code to access.
Made 2 trips and Could not find the CC building inside the fence. Area full of numerous pot holes full of water making it difficult to drive around the area. I cancelled the contract within 48 hours and did not get even a portion of the $90 I paid .
We rented the unit in March had trouble getting access to the gate went through several codes to get the code to work. The maintenance person had to come and work on the gate for the code to work. Haven’t had any trouble since March the bill was approximately $120 and from March through June 15 the charge was $145. The unit served its purpose.
