AJ was very polite and answered all my questions. When I asked about the location of my storage unit and the hours he texted them to me right away
Storage unit was conveniently located , clean and had good lighting. It smelled clean not moldy. More things will be added soon.
Nice storage place. Secure, clean and climate controlled. Also just had the parking lot repaved.
I felt my items were secure at the KO Storage in Owatonna. I appreciate the locked entry requiring a pin as well as security cameras. The staff at both the local site and the corporate office were pleasant, professional, and accommodating. I do think that $150 a month was excessive for a 10x12 unit. That did incude insurance of about $13.00. It was nice to have the option of including the renters insurance in the payment rather than having to purchase a separate policy. Very clean. easy to find my unit and get to it. there is a large screw sticking out of the wall but I just avoid it. there is a hole above the door I don't know the reason for. I am having trouble signing into my account so I'll have to call to make payments each month I think.
