Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rented unit online and when I got to unit found out I was unable to get my trailer in the facility to unload. I never even opened the door. Sent email after email stating I didn't want the unit and would pay the first month but I couldn't use it. Next day code to get my lock off would not work. They are still charging me for this unit after several phone calls to a call center where the people don't speak English. And emails after emails that now say undeliverable. Had to stop ... read more
