Good prices and good customer service
I was very happy with the help I was given to get my bill paid thank you very much.
I wanted a 5 month storage stay for my convertible and I was having some trouble trying to complete the online signup, so I called KO storage and I got Johnson at customer service and Johnson took great care with my reservation. Johnson was very helpful. I just removed my car from KO storage and Bridget and Johnson were very helpful in closing my unit and account. I hope to rent a unit again next winter.
Good experience, easy to set up and easy to get my stuff in and out. Would recommend.
