Very well put together, as far as reserving the unit didn't have to pay until you actually went there to put your stuff in the storage. Like you could ask for bigger unit or smaller, you could cancel if you decided you didn't need it, you could change the day if you need it sooner. Those things made all the differences. Nice clean storage when I got there, the person on the phone was very polite, help me get all information put together to pay for the bill very very nice. So I give them a 5 star. Carlo was a great help to me. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
BEWARE!!! NOT SECURE as presented in their listing. Property is NOT Gated or Fenced. Discovered on Aug 7th my lock was removed and someone else's lock was placed on my unit. The company stickered it for verification. The company DID NOT NOTICE that the lock had been changed (supposed to contact the owner if a lock without sticker is attached) and DID NOT CONTACT ME, I was the one who discovered it. It took 2 days to get permission to remove the new lock (after being told I could get in trouble) only to find that almost $1000... read more
