This company is extremely easy to get a hold of and to communicate with. I highly suggest using them for your storage needs as they have great facilities and customer service.
They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership.
